Show Abstract
The current Knowledge Economy, under its own conception, stimulates the formation of inter-organizational alliances and entrepreneurships arrangements constituted in networks. So, organizations face a scenario that learning new knowledges doesn’t have to be kept protected, exclusively for their own, in order to maintain a competitive advantage, as the current strategic competitive advantages turn to be developed in quicker and more synergetic way through the union of organizational efforts in the construction of collective knowledge. Organizations have to be ready to act in this context where their resources management (primarily, intellectual) must happen in a cooperative way to enable the collective knowledge. It doesn’t have to do with seek and develop individually the necessary knowledges to the organization anymore, but to act cooperatively. Nevertheless, it doesn’t narrow only in knowing how to seek knowledge externally, through the organization relationship network, but, overcoat, to know how to develop it through its partnerships. Thus, it’s built collectively the social, institutional and the own network knowledges (it’s function system and partner characteristics) and these knowledges are learned cooperatively inside the own group.
