Considering the complexity of the modern workplace that demands greater absorption and dedication on the part of their occupants. This study seeks to analyze the relationship between psychological capital and well-being at work of the cashier of the supermarket. Participants were 41 workers who worked in supermarkets in the Araguaína/TO city. As an instrument for data collection was used a self-report questionnaire consists of four scales that measured the variables of the research. This study aimed to present, interpret and discuss the relationships between variables, but also test the hypotheses regarding the proposed conceptual framework, through a cross-cutting research with a quantitative approach, which collected data were analyzed by applying techniques parametric statistical calculations of descriptive statistics: means, standard deviations and correlations, multivariate statistical calculations: analysis of multiple linear regressions method enter (SPSS software, version 18.0). The results showed that the levels of the three dimensions of well-being at work are correlated. It was confirmed also psychological capital as a predictor of direct dimensions of well-being at work job satisfaction and involvement with work. Finally, this study showed that workers with high psychological capital tend to maintain links with their work and with their employing organization, which represent well-being at work.
