Show Abstract
This article aims to present intervention by undergraduate students in a cultural organization of Agreste of Pernambuco as learning resources in action for the Administration course. An interview and exploratory observation was carried out to identify the needs of the chosen organization, elaboration of an intervention project, acceptance of the leader of the organization, implementation of the intervention - composed of 3 main phases, namely, organization of the cords into categories, construction of a virtual environment for exhibition and rearrangement of layout - and presentation of results to the organizational community and to the academic community. It was concluded that through this intervention it was possible to develop relevant knowledge for all involved - cultural agents and students - in a process of meaning-building through the experience lived within a cultural organization, an environment that has received little attention from studies in Administration.
