Gênese e estruturação da organização burocrática na obra de Maurício Tragtenberg
Abstract:
This article seeks to understand the "origins" and "fundamentals" that make up the design of bureaucratic organization in Mauricio Tragtenberg’s studies. Thus, the overall objective is to analyze the genesis and structure of bureaucratic organization. The specific objectives are: to analyze the technical organization of work, especially the division of labor and specialization in the context of Taylorism-Fordism. To analyze the political organization of work, from the perspective of organizations such as unions, political parties, the factory committees. To analyze the State and the bureaucracy as dominations factor. We understand that the genesis of the bureaucratic organization is at the technical division and the division of labor. The structure of bureaucratic organization is the result of the technical division of labor that takes place in production and, through a streamlined process specifically (instrumental rationality) creates a bureaucracy to perpetuate relations of domination and power of which originate exactly from social division of labor.

Este artigo procura compreender as “origens” e os “fundamentos” que constituem a concepção de organização burocrática em Maurício Tragtenberg. O objetivo geral é analisar a gênese e a estruturação da organização burocrática a partir da obra de Tragtenberg. Os objetivos específicos são: Analisar a organização técnica do trabalho, sobretudo a divisão do trabalho e a especialização no taylorismo-fordismo. Analisar a organização política do trabalho, na perspectiva de organizações como o sindicato, os partidos políticos, as comissões de fábricas. Examinar o Estado e a burocracia como fator de dominação. Entende-se que a gênese da organização burocrática está na divisão técnica e social do trabalho. A estruturação da organização burocrática é o resultado da divisão técnica do trabalho que se estabelece na produção e que por meio de um processo de racionalização específica (racionalidade instrumental) cria uma burocracia para perpetuar as relações de dominação e poder que se originam exatamente da divisão social do trabalho.
