A Coopetição em Empresas de Tecnologia de Informação Outros Idiomas

A coopetição tem sido utilizada na literatura gerencial para analisar redes organizacionais. Usualmente, os relacionamentos nessas redes são estudados sob o ponto de vista da competição ou da colaboração puras. A coopetição integra esses pontos de vista, uma vez que se refere a relacionamentos que são simultaneamente competitivos e colaborativos. Com base nesse conceito, esta pesquisa estudou um grupo da área de tecnologia da informação que adquiriu três empresas menores, concorrentes entre si. Após essa operação, essas empresas continuaram como concorrentes, ao mesmo tempo em que tiveram que colaborar entre si em relacionamentos coopetitivos. Usualmente, esse tipo de transação é analisada via literatura sobre fusões e aquisições. No entanto, essa pesquisa estudou a situação do ponto de vista da coopetição, trazendo contribuição teórica para a literatura gerencial. O estudo utilizou entrevistas com 12 executivos que participaram da operação. Os resultados indicam que a coopetição gerou conflitos entre as empresas e que isso levou a danos às marcas dos produtos ofertados.
