Jobs, carrers strategies and salaries: a study in a public institution
Resumo:
O objetivo principal foi analisar a satisfação e expectativas das docentes do ensino superior de uma instituição pública em relação a cargos, carreiras e salários. Foram pesquisadas dez docentes da instituição. Os resultados apresentados apontam que 70% das docentes dizem estar insatisfeitas com seus rendimentos, em contra partida 100% dizem estar satisfeitas com a função e atividades que desenvolvem e oportunidades de crescimento, cerca de 70% discordam em ter dificuldades de conquistar uma vaga que favoreça a mesma situação de salário, reconhecimento e prestigio em outras instituições que não pertençam ao setor público.
Resumo Inglês:
The objective was to assess the satisfaction and expectations of higher education teachers from a public institution regarding jobs, careers and salaries. We surveyed ten teachers of the institution. These results suggest that 70% of teachers say they are dissatisfied with their income, in contra 100% say they are satisfied with the function and activities that develop and growth opportunities, 70% disagree with having difficulties to win a place that favors the same situation of salary, recognition and prestige in other institutions outside the public sector.
