Resumo Inglês:
The present research aims to validate the boundaryless and protean careers scales in Brazil. The study is descriptive, quantitative and the data collection was done thought an electronic survey. The sample was composed by 2,376 respondents and it is non-probabilistic and intentional. The validation was performed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The factor analysis results and the Cronback alpha confirm the validity and reliability of the instrument. By this study, it is expected to allow the usage of these scales in future national studies about the new careers.
