Resumo:
Este artigo baseou-se- em um trabalho de pesquisa e apoio técnico que vem sendo realizado junto ao processo de implantação de uma incubadora de cooperativas de empreendimentos solidários em São Bernardo do Campo. No contexto desse projeto pretendeu-se estudar quais são as relações que se estabelecem entre os atores sociais e as instituições envolvidas, bem como, quais são os interesses que movem esses agentes. As instituições participantes do projeto são: a Prefeitura do município, uma universidade privada e organizações da sociedade civil. Para realizar, especificamente, a análise da dinâmica de relações e interesses que se expressam durante esse processo, o presente texto apoiou-se em um referencial teórico do qual destaca as possibilidades de emprego dos conceitos de campo social e de stakeholders das organizações. Estes fundamentos conceituais foram considerados importantes para identificar e descrever a trama subjacente à situação empírica da pesquisa.

This article was based on a job - search and technical support that is being done by the process of deploying an incubator of cooperative solidarity enterprises in São Bernardo do Campo. In the context of this project aimed to study what are the relationships that are established between social actors and institutions involved, as well as what are the interests that drive these agents. The institutions participating in the project are: the City of the municipality, a private university and civil society organizations. To perform, specifically, the analysis of the dynamics of relationships and interests that arise during this process, this text was based on a literature which highlights the possibilities for use of the concepts of the social field and stakeholders organizations. These conceptual foundations were considered important to identify and describe the plot behind the empirical situation of research.
