Similitudes entre Teoria Social Cognitiva, Capital Psicológico e Comportamento Empreendedor: Uma Reflexão Teórica Outros Idiomas

A cognição desempenha um importante papel na capacidade de as pessoas construírem a realidade, se autorregularem, codificar informações e executar comportamentos. O capital psicológico tem suas bases estabelecidas pelas dimensões autoeficácia, otimismo, esperança e resiliência, enquanto a agência humana é formada pela intencionalidade, antecipação, autorreatividade e autorreflexão. Este artigo teórico teve por objetivo discutir as similitudes entre teoria social cognitiva sob a perspectiva da agência humana e o constructo do capital psicológico cujo intuito é o de melhor compreender o comportamento empreendedor. Trata-se de temas incipientes na literatura, sobretudo, quando o foco se volta para o comportamento empreendedor. As reflexões teóricas expostas no texto apontam similaridades entre os constructos, apresentando aspectos convergentes e influenciadores relacionando a agência humana, e o capital psicológico visando a autorrealização. Um framework foi desenvolvido evidenciando a necessidade de estudos empíricos que sustentem as imbricações alçadas.
