Abstract:
This technical report seeks to describe and analyze the main steps of the process of planning and innovation management in Marcopolo S.A., with emphasis on the internalization of the company format. For this study we chose to research bibliographical and documentary nature through a case study. The categories analyzed in this study were structured in the form of a conceptual model covering the following categories: internationalization, innovation, customer focus and team and leadership role. The results allowed us to identify the company sought in its internationalization process focused on clients to therefore gain significant results that would enable decrease its dependence on the Brazilian market. It was concluded therefore that the Marcopolo S.A. has gained impressive results over the past decades, a fact proven throughout its growth and geographic expansion, the main tool the shape of execution of its management innovation.
