Desenvolvimento Profissional, Exaustão Emocional e Intenção de Permanência nas Organizações Outros Idiomas

A presente pesquisa objetivou analisar a relação entre as oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional proporcionadas aos funcionários, a exaustão emocional e a intenção de permanência na organização. Os dados foram coletados utilizando-se o método survey e analisados por meio da técnica de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais. Analisando os resultados obtidos, confirmou-se a influência positiva que as práticas voltadas para promover o desenvolvimento humano no âmbito organizacional exercem sobre a intenção de permanência dos funcionários. Ademais, confirmou-se que tais práticas diminuem a exaustão emocional do trabalhador. Finalmente, constatou-se que a exaustão emocional tende a reduzir a intenção de permanência na organização.
