Traços de Personalidade como Antecedentes da Coopetição Individual entre Pós-Graduandos da área de Negócios Outros Idiomas

Os aspectos humanos estão no centro do processo relacional entre as organizações. Assim, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar, a partir do modelo HEXACO de traços de personalidade, quais as características de indivíduos da área de negócios que influenciam a coopetição. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa. Os dados da pesquisa foram obtidos mediante aplicação de questionário junto aos alunos de pós-graduação stricto sensu da área de negócios (dos cursos de administração, ciências contábeis e economia) de Universidades Federais brasileiras. Um total de 170 discentes retornaram o questionário com respostas válidas. Por meio dos resultados, verificou-se que apenas o traço de personalidade denominado conscienciosidade, que inclui características como organização e disciplina, parece estar relacionado à coopetição. Sendo assim, indivíduos com esta característica tendem a desenvolver bem atividades que compreendem cooperação e competição simultaneamente. Por outro lado, indivíduos extrovertidos tendem a priorizar a cooperação à competição, o que pode trazer resultados negativos para unidades ou empresas em relações coopetitivas.
