Relationship between Corporate Governance and Corporate Entrepreneurship: A Bibliometric Analysis
Resumo:
O objetivo deste estudo é realizar uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a Governança Corporativa (CG) e Empreendedorismo Corporativo (EC), bem como sua relação e as implicações entre os dois construtos na visão coorporativa. Para atingir este objetivo foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória, através de buscas nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science no sentido de verificar a relevância do tema, verificando quais autores escreveram sobre o assunto, as revistas que mais publicaram indicando seus respectivos índices de “H”, assim como a quantidade e número de citações destes artigos publicados no período de 1996 a 2018. Para avaliação dos resultados foi utilizada a lei de Lotka onde indicam os autores com maior número de publicações, a lei de Bradford com os periódicos que mais publicaram sobre o tema e a lei de Zipf que indica a quantidade de artigos publicados por ano. Os resultados indicam que há uma considerável quantidade de publicações, intensificando-se nos últimos anos, existindo, portanto, oportunidades de pesquisa e publicações sobre os temas. O estudo fornece evidências sobre a relevância sobre os temas (GC) e (EC) e a forma em que eles se relacionam, contribuindo para o debate sobre os temas abordados também podendo orientar pesquisadores e diretores a alcançar o equilíbrio entre a academia e corporações.

The objective of this study is to carry out a bibliographic review on Corporate Governance (CG) and Corporate Entrepreneurship (EC), as well as its relation and the implications between the two constructs in the corporate vision. In order to reach this objective, an exploratory research was carried out, through searches in the Scopus and Web of Science databases to verify the relevance of the theme, verifying which authors wrote on the subject, the most published journals indicating their respective " H ", as well as the number and number of citations of these articles published in the period from 1996 to 2018. To evaluate the results, the Lotka law was used to indicate the authors with the highest number of publications, the Bradford law with the most published on the subject and the Zipf law, which indicates the number of articles published per year. The results indicate that there is a considerable amount of publications, intensifying in the last years, therefore, there are opportunities of research and publications on the subjects. The study provides evidence of relevance to the topics (GC) and (EC) and how they relate, contributing to the debate on the topics covered, and can guide researchers and directors to achieve a balance between academy and corporations.
