Perspectivas e tendências de estudos em conselhos de administração de empresas familiares Outros Idiomas

Resumo:
Objetivo: O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar as principais dimensões de investigação e oportunidades de estudo em conselhos de administração de empresas familiares. Metodologia / Enfoque: Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliométrica de citação e pareamento bibliográfico a partir de dados coletados na base de dados da Web of Science. Os agrupamentos de artigos foram realizados por meio da Análise Fatorial Exploratória e os fatores extraídos foram sobrepostos à representação de diagrama de redes. Originalidade / Relevância: O diferencial e relevância desta pesquisa é o fato de permitir a compreensão das conexões entre os principais estudos sobre conselhos de empresas familiares. Principais resultados: São apresentados cinco diferentes fatores que demonstram as relações entre os principais conceitos, abordagens e teorias empregadas nas pesquisas em conselhos familiares. Contribuições teóricas / metodológicas: Como principal contribuição este estudo discute diferentes as principais frentes de investigação em estudos sobre conselhos de administração de empresas familiares, possibilitando um melhor direcionamento das futuras pesquisas.
