Inovação ambientalmente sustentável e fatores de sucesso na percepção de gestores da indústria de transformação Outros Idiomas

Este artigo investiga as dimensões e os fatores que, de acordo com a percepção dos gerentes de negócios, impulsionam o sucesso no mercado de produtos ambientalmente sustentáveis. Inicialmente, publicações relacionadas a novos produtos introduzidos no mercado (com ou sem foco ambiental) foram avaliadas. Nesse sentido, quatro dimensões complementares foram identificadas como responsáveis pela correta execução: (i) conhecimento do mercado; (ii) colaboração interfuncional; (iii) mecanismos de integração do conhecimento; e (iv) aprendizagem generativa. Considerando o exposto, um estudo exploratório com abordagem qualitativa foi realizado com gerentes que atuam no mercado brasileiro. Para a escolha dos entrevistados, algumas características foram consideradas, tais como o crescimento no setor de atividade onde a organização atua e a área em que eles atuam na empresa. Os resultados levam à validação e classificação dos fatores e dimensões mencionados na literatura. Eles também possibilitaram a identificação de novos fatores, como: domínio tecnológico, preço competitivo, qualidade, marca da empresa e retorno financeiro. Além disso, considerando as variáveis descritas e as relações estabelecidas entre eles, foi inferido que domínio tecnológico pode ser considerado uma dimensão. Essa sugestão está baseada nas percepções dos entrevistados sobre "domínio tecnológico", tais como: pessoas especializadas, orçamento de pesquisa e, também, orçamento para instalações e equipamentos. O estudo mostra, ainda, diferença mais profunda entre as áreas de atuação do que entre os setores. Com base na lista de fatores gerada, recomenda-se a realização de novos estudos para medir o impacto dos fatores e dimensões sobre o sucesso de produtos verdes.
