This work presents a production and financial integrated administration system developed for a small size company of the making-clothes business, what turned out on an experience of success. The system may be adapted to companies of other sectors with down cost. One of the dots interesting of the system is the focus on monthly account-results demonstration of the company, constructed into two versions, the planned and the realized. The first version is based on the sales already realized (or into the plane of sales) and the second version is based on the real data obtained after the production is finished. The account- results demonstration is a strong tool management oriented for the global enterprise target. It Allows determine global indexes of the company performance and provides adequate information for the control of the costs.

The objective of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the micro North Huasteca in San Luis Potosi (Mexico), for the potential development of ecotourism in a cluster that region and to achieve its economic development. It also proposes a model where cluster emphasizes the importance of the indigenous people of the area, to preserve their culture and roots, thus respecting the decisions of the Quebec Ecotourism Summit 2002.

The aim of this study was to demonstrate the use of management control tools that help in decision-making in MEPs in São Caetano Sul. It is understood that in actuality, these instruments should be aligned with the reality of these organizations and the information extracted by these should be the basis for a decision that perpetuates the wealth of investors. The study was to anchor the premise that the use of management control tools have significant application in MEPs in the industrial city of Sao Caetano Sul The methodological procedure used in choosing the companies surveyed was the criterion of convenience, using the method of deductive reasoning by the application of a questionnaire to 296 companies. 18.6% of companies answered the questionnaire. Companies were classified according to the annual gross revenue established by the Federal Revenue. After analyzing the results, it was possible to detect about 41% of these organizations is more than 20 years in the market, which shows a good consolidation in the market. There is, also, that the entrepreneurs-managers have a strong higher education: 31.27% post-graduates and graduates 22.22%, which may be a gap in the management of such business. Finally, given the analysis performed, both the field of study as literature, it is concluded that decision-making in these companies is driven by the significant use of the tools of control, and they also have a good control of their business against what is expected.

The profile of the professionals who occupy positions of manager at a micro and small enterprise - EPM, and in organizations in general, is a crucial point for success in your business journey in a world increasingly competitive. In Brazil, administration and management are considered equivalent terms, from the Latin (and gestio Administratie, respectively) to describe the action of managing, directing the affairs of private or public, to manage property. In its genesis, the Administration has been proposed as a science that produce knowledge and principles that could be taught, learned and applied. In a way, government was more associated with Weberian concept of bureaucracy, and implementation of standards and techniques of the management of activities aimed at pre-determined results. In this sense, we have implemented training and expertise where the administration has become a segment of the social sciences. And in course of administration, directors or managers would be prepared? Or does it give an art or virtue that can not be taught? There in fact a gap between what is taught and what happens and is done in micro and small enterprises - MEPs or large organizations? These and other questions addressed in this work.

This article covers the question of how the ability to create higher relationship with the customer could become an essential skill of the company. The methodology has used a case study in a small company in the food industry whose name fantasy is Hot Dog Yracema, located in Curitiba, noting aspects of Resources, capabilities and competencies and how these factors can be tied to the company's strategy. Based on the study was found that the ability to generate higher relationship between the company and the customer showed that may to be a factor of sustainable competitive leverage for the future.
