Show Abstract
This study presents a bibliometric analysis of Brazilian scientific production on Identity Organizational (IO) in the period 2000 to 2011, and suggests a framework of articles in the model proposed by Wood and Caldas Jr. (1997). We analyzed 68 events and articles in national journals available electronically, using a protocol with criteria to validate the data analysis. The results reveal, from the suggestion to complement the theoretical model for mapping studies of identity proposed by Caldas and Wood Jr. (1997), a research agenda that can guide new perspectives on this issue. The data revealed that most studies are qualitative in nature, pointing to the need for future quantitative research. Furthermore, when performing the framing of Articles in the model proposed by Wood and Caldas Jr. (1987) made clear the importance of creating a new classificatory category that encompassed the relationship between organizational behavior and identity, since this resulted in 14 dimension. These findings may be an important contribution to theoretical and empirical studies on Organizational Identity in Brazil.
