This paper analyzes the impact on product innovation of different types of interorganizational relationship partners. An empirical contrast with data taken from the Spanish Technological Innovation Panel (based on Eurostat’s Community Innovation Survey) shows that diversity in the types of partners involved in interorganizational relationships has a positive effect on product innovation. In particular, increased benefits can be achieved in the innovation of goods when there is diversity in the relationships that exist between business partners (customers and suppliers); and in service innovation when there is diversity in the relationships between non-industrial partners (consultants, universities and research entities). Finally, given the results it is not possible to state that a lot of diversity reduces the returns on innovation.

This article presents different stories and memories of the Tina Martins Women’s Referral Center. To this end, we moved away from the qualitative studies of history and memory in organizational studies that are based on the historic turn, which aims to go beyond the production of narratives that resort to the past as a tool for reproducing the power relations of the present. A vast amount of material was compiled from observing participants, including a field notebook, event records, and photographs, and individual interviews were recorded and transcribed. The results were organized into two main thematic axes: the first presents the process that led to the Center’s foundation and the political disputes over its space, while the second addresses the meanings present in the group’s everyday life. Given the construction of diversified and procedural historical narratives, this article proposes some critical reflections on the Center’s experience that were discussed with its members, and instigates, via memories, the adoption of the historical approach to organizational studies.

Whereas past research on internal learning has focused on evaluating how the observed learning rates affect collaborative interactions among the various actors, we extend this literature by analyzing internal learning in teams and the role of psychological capital in this process. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of the perceived team structure in the relationship between positive psychological capital and internal learning in teams. Therefore, a self-report questionnaire was applied to 480 college students to test this relationship, using structural equation modeling. The results confirmed the mediating role of the perceived team structure in the relationship between psychological capital and internal learning in teams. Our work underlines the role of psychological capital in academic settings. On the other hand, due to rapid changes in today’s society, university students who will be future employees need to cultivate psychological capital in order to achieve better learning outcomes.

Given the increasing use of the Internet and mobile technologies, this study is pertinent as it seeks to analyze the factors that determine the adoption of Mobile Health (mHealth). To that end, the proposed conceptual model integrates the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2), Perceived Health Condition, eHealth Literacy and Perceived Health Competence as determinants of the adoption of mHealth. To answer the research questions, we used an online questionnaire administered to a non-probabilistic sample of Brazilian and Portuguese individuals who have or have not used mHealth. Data were analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS3 software. The results indicate that adoption of mHealth is heavily impacted only by some UTAUT2 variables. The 'Performance Expectancy' dimension was found to heavily impact the adoption of mHealth among both users and non-users.

This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of market orientation, i.e., customer orientation, competitor orientation, inter functional coordination, architectural marketing capabilities and business performance. Researchers have been trying to find a solution for the gap that exists between market orientation and business performance. The respondents of this study were the owners or heads of 358 SMEs located in Central Java, Indonesia. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) for data analysis. The results showed that customer orientation (CSO), competitor orientation (CO), and inter-functional coordination (IC) have a significant effect on architectural marketing capabilities (AMC) and business performance (BP), and that AMC also has a significant effect on business performance. Furthermore, architectural marketing capabilities can mediate the relationship between customer orientation, competitor orientation, inter-functional coordination and business performance.
