Show Abstract
Our business scenery demands a differentiated strategic positioning of all organizations, focusing on the continuous adaptation to a reality in constant change. However the traditional - static and inflexible - strategic planning (PE) does not supply this need of adaptation anymore, so a more dynamic management based on the Strategic Administration of continuous planning substitutes for it. By means of a constant learning process which penetrates through all organization supported by the peculiarities which characterize every organizational culture and regulated by the stage of the organizations, the Strategic Administration is on effective instrument for the construction and active reconstruction of a strategic positioning tuned in to the changes of the market. The (PE) traditional strategic planning, although being important in the eighties, is no longer sufficient to face the environmental changes of the new millennium.
