Show Abstract
An analysis of the first second stage of implementation of this reform was made, the concepts of planning, execution and control of the operation were studied, according to the process of continuous improvement. Finally, definitions for dynamic assessment of capacity and performance were made compatible, which enable integrated operational logistic control among port terminals. Therefore, conceptually the results raised on methods of evaluating operational performance in internal and external performance of this process of reforming the port governance model, subsidize decision-making in an efficient and effective manner. Ensuring greater transparency among the actors involved, providing greater integration of development plans at strategic, tactical and operational levels, in which performance indicators point to existing idleness, inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
