Uma análise epistemológica da estratégia organizacional no âmbito da economia social Outros Idiomas

Este artigo apresenta uma análise epistemológica dos trabalhos científicos que se concentram no estudo da estratégia organizacional no âmbito das empresas de economia social. Combinando estudos epistemológicos de dois campos do conhecimento, a estratégia organizacional e a economia social, este artigo objetiva compreender se o conjunto de estudos que, hoje, compõe o corpo teórico sobre a estratégia das empresas de economia social seria suficientemente sólido para sustentar o desenvolvimento de conhecimento próprio acerca das particularidades estratégicas dessas organizações. A análise baseou-se em uma revisão da literatura sobre o tema, que identificou 74 trabalhos sobre estratégia organizacional em uma base de dados contendo mais de 3.000 estudos em economia social. Uma ficha de análise constituída por cinco elementos foi elaborada a partir das posturas epistemológicas adotadas nos ramos da estratégia e da economia social: foco, ideologia, evolução da estratégia, definição da estratégia e postura. Como resultado, três categorias de estudos foram identificadas, de acordo com a natureza fundamental da definição da estratégica adotada: a estratégia como um conteúdo pragmático, a estratégia como um processo analítico e a estratégia como uma escolha estrutural. As conclusões apontam que o estudo da estratégia organizacional na economia social apresenta uma evolução cuja tendência é a realização de estudos cada vez mais concentrados na investigação das particularidades estratégicas específicas dessas organizações.
