Resumo:
Este ensaio buscou problematizar as bases epistemológicas da noção de sujeito que subjaz à ideia hegemônica de organização, suportada por um regime de verdade pautado na racionalidade, no individualismo e na finalidade. Foram mobilizadas as noções de rizoma e máquina de guerra, de Deleuze e Guattari, e seu rompimento com o pensamento binário que impera na filosofia ocidental. Em Lacan, o sujeito é sempre falta-a-ser, atravessado por desejos e afetos inconscientes. Em Deleuze e Guattari, os espaços sociais, entre lisos e estriados, fluem em linhas de fuga que constituem rizomas, irrompendo dos subterrâneos pelas fendas e fraturas em um incessante processo de des(re)territorialização que desloca a ordem estabelecida. Assim, propomos que em uma organizaçãorizoma em conjunto com o sujeito falta-a-ser, flui a multiplicidade, a criatividade e as horizontalidades capazes de questionar a ordem estabelecida. O formato ensaístico afasta-nos da pretensão de conclusões fechadas enquanto propicia o exercício do livre pensar e autoriza as experimentações dos autores e leitores do texto.

This essay intends to question the epistemological basis of the notion of subject that underlies the hegemonic idea of organization, supported by a regime of truth founded on rationality, individualism and finality. Deleuze’s and Guattari’s notions of rhizome and war machine were mobilized, and their break with binary thinking that prevails in Western philosophy. In Lacan, the subject is always “lack of being”, crossed by unconscious desires and affections. In Deleuze and Guattari, the social spaces between smooth and striated, flow into drain lines which are rhizomes, erupting from underground through the cracks and fractures in an unceasing process of un(re)territorialization displacing the established order. Thus, we propose that in an rhizome-organization multiplicity, creativity and horizontalities flows together with the subject “lack of being”, able to question the established order. The essay form separates us from the claim of closed conclusions while promotes the exercise of free thinking and authorize the trials of the authors and the readers of the text.
