Show Abstract
This work proposes the use of film in the domain of the learning in management in terms of expanding the didactic tools available to the educator-instructor. Articulating the linguistic approaches based on the semiotic proposals of Metz, Benveniste, Barthes, Kristeva and Bachtin, filmic narration is considered as an event that construct a particular subject type. In order to understand this process, it is necessary to constitute a set of specific procedures, as much at the denotative level as at the connotative level, with the intention of preparing the filmic text by description and discussion of its images according to the reflections proposed for semiotics and taking as a basis the themes of management chosen to guide the analysis itself. In order to do this and considering the methodological hypothesis based on the reference map outlined by D'Incerti et alli, it relates an experience taking place in a formative setting in which filmic narration is used as a tool of formative action. From a narrated experience one observes that the decodification of the image language (whether auditory, visual, or audiovisual) is converted into a play process, leading to the discovery, invention, and resolution of problems, facilitating learning in a reflexive process of (self) transformation.
