Estudo comparativo da aplicação de modelos clássicos de previsão de demanda no agronegócio
Abstract:
To delineate the dynamics of the local productive arrangements and to get a more elaborate collective efficiency in agri-business cluster of fertilizer industries is
necessary to make use of a system of suitable forecast of demand because of the uncertainties related to the process and the global market. Through the future projections, the company esteem goals, objectifying to guide the logistic system and the flow of products and logistic inputs, through the port system. The focus is to add a great volume of information and, through it, an analysis to carry forecast views, with the most precision. The uncertainties are characterized by the variation of the systematic components of series of data, that influence the behavior of sales. A comparative degree will be presented and quantitative analyzes of seasonal series related to the national demand of fertilizers and the demand of three phosphated products of an industrial complex in the Southeastern region. Classic models of evaluation of seasonal series had been applied, comparing its coefficients of seasonallity, trend and regularity, searching to attenuate the effect of the uncertainty in the sequential periods.

Para delinear a dinâmica dos arranjos produtivos locais e alicerçar a eficiência coletiva no agronegócio, o cluster de indústrias de fertilizantes precisa dispor de um sistema de previsão de demanda adaptado às incertezas relacionadas ao processo e ao mercado global. Por meio das projeções futuras, a empresa estima metas objetivando orientar todo o sistema logístico e o fluxo de produtos e matéria-prima por meio do sistema portuário. O foco é agregar um grande volume de informações e por meio de sua análise realizar previsões com a precisão desejada. As incertezas são caracterizadas pela variação dos componentes sistemáticos da série de dados, o que influencia o comportamento das vendas. Será apresentado um comparativo de análises quantitativas das séries sazonais relacionadas à demanda nacional de fertilizantes e à demanda de três produtos de um complexo industrial de fosfatados da região sudeste. Modelos clássicos de avaliação da série sazonal foram aplicados, comparando-se seus coeficientes de sazonalidade, tendência e periodicidade, buscando atenuar os efeitos da incerteza nos períodos seguintes.
