Abstract:
The article presents a critique of the business strategies that disconnect the organization’s members from the goals and objectives defined by the top management, mostly as a result of the visions of international gurus. In the modern world, where it is impossible to live without depending on some organization, what is experienced within the organizations is passed on to the whole society, which stresses the importance of an overall understanding of the business strategies. The Critical Theory derived from the Frankfurt School provides a significant instrument for the analysis of all forms of domination of which human beings are victims, showing the need for people to participate in the decision-making processes.
