A Influência da Gestão de Integração e de Mecanismos Culturais no Desempenho de Projetos: O Caso de Construção Civil no Segmento Farmacêutico Outros Idiomas

O objetivo com esta pesquisa foi investigar a influência da gestão de integração de projetos e dos mecanismos culturais no desempenho de projetos de construção civil na indústria farmacêutica. Como estratégia de pesquisa, recorreu-se ao estudo de caso múltiplo para analisar os elementos da investigação nas filiais de uma empresa farmacêutica no Brasil e na Rússia. A revisão da literatura, sobre o tema abordado, possibilitou a formulação de oito proposições teóricas. Os resultados indicam diferenças entre a influência da gestão de integração e mecanismos culturais no desempenho de custo e de prazo dos projetos em cada contexto analisado. A contribuição teórica com este trabalho foi estabelecer um diálogo entre conceitos gerenciais de naturezas distintas. De um lado, a gestão de integração, cuja característica é incorporar consistentemente áreas de conhecimento, e, de outro, os mecanismos culturais e suas influências em diferentes unidades gestoras. A contribuição prática foi apresentar subsídios para a elaboração de uma lista de atividades, tomando-se como base a gestão da integração e os mecanismos culturais para potencializar os efeitos positivos nos resultados de um empreendimento.
